What about shipping?
All letters are shipped with a forever stamp via USPS mail, so there is no tracking. Shipping within the United States is free. For international customers, there is a $4 flat fee surcharge at checkout for international costs.
What if a mailer doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?
The post is unpredictable. If your mailer arrived damaged or not at all, please email me at JulietHillbrand@gmail.com and I will happily send you a new mailer!
When will I be billed?
Only once. Archive purchases are a one-time charge, not a recurring subscription like an active membership. If you'd like to join a recurring membership, join the mail club on the home page (sorry Wix won't let me add buttons here easily, boo!)
